Spent the day informally deposing executives for a $2 million trial. Was quite a bit of fun, but my hands are tired from taking notes. I filled up 1.5 notepads of notes. Pretty much the most I've ever written in one sitting. Learned alot about employment law and it was inspiring to actually spot the issues for a valid case.
The partner I went with said she was happy with the work and another partner and some associates went out for a martini at quitting time.
I am drained and have to do it all again tomorrow. This is the life.
