Prof Contracts is mean. She is downright mean. She started out class today by asking everyone to raise their hands if they were happy with their grades. Two people out of the 130 raised their hands. She then proceeded to tell us all that B's and C's were not acceptable, and no right minded client would hire an attorney that got C's. Yep, she's a peach. 15 weeks with that frigid ray of sunshine.
In other news, prof civ pro put a case name on the first assignment page without telling us it was in the casebook, so me and many other classmates went in search of a book that didnt exist. Dont tell anyone. Thats my blonde moment for the week.
Can anyone recommend a good civ pro supplement? I hear Emmanuel's is pretty good. Gotta run. Got a date with Prof Contracts. She's going to show me how to turn coal into diamonds.

Thank goodness there are lots of clients not in their right mind to hire a 'c' lawyer. What client asks for grades anyway?
