Prof Civ Pro is ridiculous. Cool guy but strict. He wants us to type briefs a minimum of 1 page each. No book briefing is allowed, and he can randomly ask to see our brief (case briefs not underwear) at anytime. Im not opposed to writing a brief for each case, but there is no way in hell I am going to write more than a page for each. Plain and simple, there is not enough time.
It snowed another 5 inches last night and the forecast expects more.
Going to start the transfer application process pretty soon. Buttering up Prof Property from last term for a letter of rec. He volunteered to do write one so that shouldnt be too hard. This school is notorious for sitting on transcripts to hurt the chances of transfer students. I wonder what the legal implications of a letter requesting they be sent as soon as they are available would be?
So far Gilberts is outweighing Emanuel's for the Civ pro supplement. Tough decision. What would brian boitano do?
