Finals
The scariest moment for a law student is having a question on the final that the teacher didnt cover in class. Even scarier is when the question is 100% of your final grade.

Don't worry about it. You did great!!! Besides it is only crim pro. Not like it was tax or something. That really would be scary!!!
Nothing worse than a teacher who thinks he's funny.
Except when they're also fat and wear too much cologne.
Except when they're also German and wear pencil thin mustaches.
Plus I hate slap bands...always have.
So if your professor was corrpulant, stinky German, and a self professed comedian with a slap band collection, I'd hate his guts.
