Is an attack outline's propensity to attack admissible to show that it cut my finger under the Federal Rules of Evidence?

Answer to #1. The outline's propensity to attack is only admissible if your outline "opens the door" under FRE 404(a)(1). If he does so with a character witness- you can even cross examine on specific instances of conduct in addition to reputation and opinion in order to discredit the character witness!
